Wedding Gowns Here is a list of the Wedding Gowns I have designed. Photos are beside the name, where available. All corset-style gowns can be made with or without boning. When boning is used, it will be strong, but flexible, in order to reduce the discomfort that steel boning can cause.
Mona
Mona is the first wedding gown I designed; perfect for the no-frills bride. She is a white dress with an off-the-shoulder peasant top and a full white skirt. A navy underbust corset graces the waist of the dress. Two blue scarves drape across the skirt in opposite directions. Diana
Diana is much more ornate than the rest of my gowns. She is based loosely on an old costume dress of mine. She consists of a floor-length, long-seeved gown with an attached train. The base of the dress is snow-white.The off-the-shoulder top is lined with purple trim. The front of the dress has purple waves down the front, accented by lilac lace. The lower half of the sleeves are purple glovelets, with a lilac lace drape at the elbow that falls to the wrist on each. A purple corset accents the waist. The train is white, with purple trim and lilac lace on the bottom. The veil consists of a purple band and a white, two-layer veil with lilac lace trim. Cameo
Cameo was the very first wedding gown I designed. She was inspired by a lovely brooch from my grandmother's jewelry box. I like to describe her as simple elegance. She is a plain white halter-style dress with an attached choker and a very modest train. A blue cameo brooch sits at the center of the choker. Rebekah
Rebekah is another simple design. She is a white tube-top style dress with a mint-green under-bust corset attached. Her long, bell-shaped sleeves are not attached to the dress, but stay on the arm with elastic bands. Fiona
Fiona would be perfect for an Irish wedding. She is a sleeveless white dress with a little green lace at the top of the bust. An emerald-green overlay with elbow-length sleeves wraps around the sides and the back, and a black underbust corset tops the dress off. Emily
Emily was inspired by a gown I saw in a movie a long time ago. She is a white strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline and a full circle skirt. The bodice is trimmed with ribbon - I haven't decided on a color just yet. The bodice and skirt are white. The train, sleevelets and veil are all made of a sheer gossamer white, with sparkles covering them, and are trimmed in the same ribbon as the dress. The edges of the train and veil are uneven. The veil is held on with a small tiara. Rosalie
Rosalie is pretty, pink and simple. She is a pale pink sleeveless dress with a sweetheart neckline. A rose-colored overskirt wraps around the waist and creates a short train. Over the waist is a deep pink corset with burdungy laces. |
